Famous as the "Inquiring Photographer", Jimmy was an active Point Lookouter with a house on the bay where happy times were often experienced.
For over 50 years he patrolled the sidewalks of New York, querying who ever caught his eye. He was named "Mr. Sidewalks" by then Mayor Robert Wagner.
Appointed to the Naval Academy, he was a star football player and played in the first Rose Bowl game.
With his many contacts he helped the Civic preserve the residential character of our town.
